Hair-raising Event in Perth Boosts Coffers
14 March 2009SHOPPERS at the St John’s Centre in Perth were yesterday given a hair-raising experience for Comic Relief. Top Scottish hairdresser Charlie Taylor, who is based in the city, was on hand during the morning to create some crazy styles in return for a donation to the charity.
