St John’s Shopping Centre has announced plans for specialist retailer, Calendar Club, to open a store in the mall in October this year. St John’s Shopping Centre has demonstrated a strong sustained increase in footfall during 2009 and this announcement is indicative of a growing confidence and strength in Perth’s retail offering. The store specialises in calendars and other related printed materials, and is an award winning store format that is very much part of the growing national trend for quality temporary seasonal stores. Calendar Club is expected to open its doors to shoppers in October. Siobhan McConnell, St John’s Shopping Centre manager, commented, “We are very pleased to welcome Calendar Club back to St John’s Shopping Centre in Perth. Many people rely on Calendar Club for Christmas gift ideas and essential stocking fillers and we believe it is a strong addition to the retail mix this year.”
