St John’s Shopping Centre prides itself on being right at the heart of Perth’s community and, in response to recent customer feedback on the issue of seating, we have taken the decision to order and install some additional benches complete with backrests in the mall at the earliest opportunity. These will compliment the current benches and increase the quantity of public seating available. Siobhan McConnell, Centre Manager of St John’s Shopping Centre stated, “We have listened to and taken on board all views and comments and while many visitors have received the new seating arrangements positively, there are some visitors who are concerned about their suitability for specific groups of people. With that in mind we have ordered three new benches which will be installed at the earliest opportunity.” In conclusion, “St John’s Shopping Centre would like to thank everyone for their feedback. It is clear to us that there are people who care passionately about Perth’s Shopping Centre and our facilities. We recognise and respect everyone’s views.”
