OFFICER'S CLUB Over the last 12 years we have grown to 170 stores stretching from Plymouth to Inverness. Whilst our history and past reputation did come from the discount sector and the then successful ‘70% off everything’ tag, we have since 2004 moved quickly away from this and progress ever increasingly towards a new business model, one which will ultimately offer fantastic product and outstanding customer service, in stores where the latest menswear fashions go hand in hand. This change is the result of careful experimentation and the goal remains the same as we continue to positively develop the business to make our new trading stance a long-term success. Currently stores operate under two main trading formats, "Premium” and “Value”, these being defined by the shop-fit, general appearance and trading location. Best practice, store standards and product presentation have moved forward at lighting speed. To support this process an ever growing field VM team has been introduced, together with considerable investment in this area, just one example being the high quality mannequins.
